Leon County Sheriff's Office investigating allegations of false police report made by guardian ad litem
Records show Elizabeth Willis lied to LCSO to have man classified as 'missing and endangered' - told detective they could write what they want in report because they are with the "government"

The Leon County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) is investigating allegations that a Florida guardian ad litem telephoned the LCSO and lied about relevant facts, to have a married man classified as 'missing and endangered' and placed on the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) website. Investigator Steve Harrelson, LCSO, contacted Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer) today and requested audio of the telephone call made from Willis to the Sheriff's Office. "We will look into the allegation," Harrelson said. Harrelson contacted Holmseth after Holmseth reported the guardian ad litem to Deborah Moore, program director, GAL program, Tallahassee, and requested a statement for a planned documenatry on corruption and 'the blue code'. "[Elizabeth] Willis essentially admits to the sheriff’s officer that she originally attempted to go through other channels of law enforcement, including the FBI and FDCF, to bring Alec Hash back to Florida, and when each agency told them they had no cause or jurisdiction, she concocted a plan with others to lie to the Sheriff’s Office so the NCIC criteria would be met," Holmseth said. Willis, a guardian ad litem, telephoned the LCSO and told a detective, Joel Weaver, that Alec Thomas Hash, was mentally ill, on a psychotropic drug called Abilify, and could not be located despite attempts. Evidence and documents show Willis was blatantly lying to the detective. Willis actually knew that Hash was with his lawyer, Frederick Jones, in Georgia, and had spoken directly to police officers in the lawyer's presence. Email evidence shows Willis fabricated a completely ficticous story, claiming Hash might be chained up in a closet and suggested he might even be a victim of rape. During the call to the LCSO, Willis appears to attempt to bring the duty officer into her scheme when she tells him to write into his report that Hash is on Abilify. Willis tells the officer she's not sure if he is on or not, but tells him to write it in the report anyway, noting that they are with the "government" so its okay.
